REGISTRATION AND CANCELLATION POLICIES
- Enrollment in our classes is completed online and requires payment at time of enrollment. Space is limited and given on a first come, first served basis.
- Classes require at least three participants to run. If the class minimum is not met, it is cancelled with at least a 48-hour notice. You can enroll in another or rescheduled class or receive credit in the same form as the payment that was made for the class. You can also schedule a private class, which will require an additional fee.
- By registering for class you agree to not hold Common Threads, its teachers or employees responsible in case of any injury that may occur on our premises.
- There are no refunds or credits for missed classes.
- Class cancellation:
- If you cancel enrollment 7 or more days prior to the start of the class, you will receive a credit for a future class in the amount of the class fee.
- If you cancel enrollment less than 7 days up to 48 hours prior to the start of the class, you will receive a 50% credit.
- If you cancel enrollment less than 48 hours prior to the start of the class, no credit is given. The same applies to no-shows.
- If you cannot attend class, you can send someone else in your place. Please let us know of the change.
- Special Events, such as birthday parties or baby showers:
- If you need to cancel an event 14 days prior to the event, you will receive a refund of 50% of your deposit
- If you need to cancel an event less than 14 days prior to the event, no refund is given
- If you need to reschedule an event, we will charge a $25 administrative fee.
- Please do not come to class if you are sick, or your child if s/he is sick. We work in close quarters in the Creative Lab and don't want to get everyone else sick. Thank you for your understanding.
