REGISTRATION AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

  1. Enrollment in our classes is completed online and requires payment at time of enrollment.  Space is limited and given on a first come, first served basis.
  2. Classes require at least three participants to run. If the class minimum is not met, it is cancelled with at least a 48-hour notice. You can enroll in another or rescheduled class or receive credit in the same form as the payment that was made for the class.  You can also schedule a private class, which will require an additional fee.
  3. By registering for class you agree to not hold Common Threads, its teachers or employees responsible in case of any injury that may occur on our premises.
  4. There are no refunds or credits for missed classes.
  5. Class cancellation:
    • If you cancel enrollment 7 or more days prior to the start of the class, you will receive a credit for a future class in the amount of the class fee.
    • If you cancel enrollment less than 7 days up to 48 hours prior to the start of the class, you will receive a 50% credit.
    • If you cancel enrollment less than 48 hours prior to the start of the class, no credit is given.  The same applies to no-shows.
    • If you cannot attend class, you can send someone else in your place.  Please let us know of the change.
  6. Special Events, such as birthday parties or baby showers:
    • If you need to cancel an event 14 days prior to the event, you will receive a refund of 50% of your deposit
    • If you need to cancel an event less than 14 days prior to the event, no refund is given
    • If you need to reschedule an event, we will charge a $25 administrative fee.
  7. Please do not come to class if you are sick, or your child if s/he is sick.  We work in close quarters in the Creative Lab and don't want to get everyone else sick.  Thank you for your understanding.
